Usage of Categories

In Workeen AI, employees can be assigned none or multiple categories as needed, offering flexibility in aligning them with shifts.

Categories required for shifts can be defined and manages at two levels:

• Rotation Level: Categories will be automatically assigned to all shifts created from the rotation.

• Shift Level: These categories will apply only to the specific shift. Here, categories can be added or removed, including those inherited from rotations.
