In the “Today’s Schedule” section of the “Overview” page, the department’s schedule for the current day is provided, displayed in a grid format. Each shift in today’s schedule includes the following information:

- Notified Employee: The employee to whom the shift was originally communicated. The value will be “Unassigned” if no employee has been informed to work that shift.
- Employee: The employee selected to work the shift. If this differs from the original employee, it means there is an unpublished staffing change.
- Publication Status:
- Green ✓ → published shift with no assignment changes.
- Gray ✓ → staffing changes have been made within the shift (these will be communicated).
- No indication → unpublished/uncommunicated shift.
- Client: The client (if any) associated with the location where the shift is to be performed.
- Site: The specific client location where the shift is scheduled (if any).
- Spot: The specific spot of the shift execution.
- Schedule: Displays the start and end times of each shift. Green color indicates a published shift without assignment changes, while gray indicates unpublished staffing changes within the shift or an unpublished, unassigned shift.
