In the “Today’s  Employees” section, you will see a donut chart that shows at a glance how many employees are working today and how many are not working or are partially unavailable.

• Working: employees who have a scheduled shift today.
• Not Working: individuals without a shift today or who are on a day off/full-day leave. (Full-day unavailabilities are counted here.)
• Partially Unavailable: employees who have declared unavailability for part of the day (e.g., 10:00–12:00). This may coexist with a shift.
