The entity Company represents your business or organization.

To accommodate organizations of all sizes, from small enterprises to large corporations, and provide an easy-to-navigate environment, we have introduced the concept of Company Divisions.

Depending on the size of your organization, you may have one or multiple Company Divisions, organized in a hierarchical tree structure.

The Main division will be created with your account. You will maintain global data here, which is accessible to all users of the system.

The Company Divisions at the lowest level are where you can input employee information and manage scheduling-related data.

Intermediate-level divisions are designed for logically organizing your divisions and maintaining shared data, such as client information, sites, and spots. This information is made available to the lower-level divisions, ensuring a streamlined flow of information within your organization, thereby avoiding repetition of the same data.
