Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password? Click here” link on the login screen.

This will take you to the “Reset Password” screen, as shown below:

Enter your account email address in the field provided.
Click the “Reset Password” button.

You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.
