Schedule design

There are two distinct approaches, and you can choose the one that suits your needs:

  • Manual: You craft your schedules from the ground up, meticulously creating shifts one by one.
  • Hybrid: You use shift templates (rotations) to generate shifts and then manually adjust or add shifts to tailor the schedule to specific time periods.

Rostering

Regarding employee assignment (rostering), the system offers two methods:

  • Manual: Assigning employees to shifts manually.
  • Automatic: The system employs an AI-powered solver to make assignments, with the option for manual adjustments.

Regardless of whether you opt for manual or automatic rostering, the system diligently evaluates each employee assignment, calculates scores for individual shifts and an overall schedule score while also flagging any conflicts.
