Once you’ve prepared the final draft of the schedule, it’s time to make it accessible to your employees. The final draft covers a default period of 7 days, representing a week. To publish it, go to the Scheduling page and click on the “Publish” button.
This action finalizes the weekly schedule and makes it available to the employees (see the Notifying employees via email section).
When the schedule is published, the shift blocks will display with continuous border lines, indicating that they have been published.
