Once you have finalized the schedule draft, it is time to make it accessible to your employees.
During the publishing process, you set the date until which you want the schedule to be communicated. This date marks the end of the published period.
After publishing, the red line that indicates the start of the draft area moves to the day following the last date of the publication. This allows you to continue editing or planning the next period without affecting the already communicated period.

To share, go to the Scheduling page and click the “Publish” button. Then, from the available options, select “Unpublished Shifts.”

This action finalizes the schedule and makes it available to employees (see the section “Employee Notification via Email”).
Once the schedule is published, the shifts appear with a solid outline, indicating they have been officially shared to the employees.
